The Brew Rules
Shipping
Processing Times
We pack and dispatch orders within 2–3 business days after payment clears.
If there’s ever a delay (stock, production, roasting schedules, or anything unexpected), we’ll get in touch so you’re not left wondering.
Delivery Timeframes
- Adelaide Metro: Usually 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Regional SA & Interstate: May take a little longer depending on the courier
These are estimates only — actual delivery times can vary based on courier volumes and external factors.
Carriers
We use trusted courier partners to get your brew to you safely.
Once your order leaves us, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow the journey.
(Refreshing the tracking page every 20 minutes is normal behaviour — we do it too.)
Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery address.
Orders under $100 ship for $9.99.
Orders $100+ ship free.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or goes missing, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll assess the issue and work with the courier to sort it out in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds and Returns
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect orders
If something turns up damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send your order number and a quick photo of the issue, and we’ll assess it and arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, we’ll process it back to your original payment method.
Once we issue it, your bank or card provider handles the timing — usually 5–10 business days before it appears in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Coffee or consumable products
- Gift cards
- Promotional or bonus items
These rules follow ACCC guidelines for food and beverage products.

If you subscribe to our emails, we’ll also store your email address for updates and coffee-related goodness.

Pricing

Availability
We try to keep everything in stock, but sometimes products sell out. If that happens, we’ll contact you with the option of a refund, replacement, or backorder.
Payments
All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept major credit cards and any other secure payment methods shown on our site.
Shipping and Risks
Once your order is handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery transfers to you. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know — we’ll assess the issue and help find a solution in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Liability
We’re not responsible for delays or issues outside our control (couriers, weather, supply problems, the universe doing universe things). Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Use of our Site
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, or copy any of our content, branding, or intellectual property without permission.
